To support holding the international event of the G20 Summit in Bali, 15-16 November 2022, XL Axiata presents 4G and 5G networks. Delegates and the public can access data services and super-fast internet using 5G smartphones that support 2.1 GHz and 3.5 GHz frequency bands at 17 points, including Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Apurva Kempinski, and Sanur Beach.

Apart from ensuring the quality of the 4G network and 5G network in the 2.1 GHz frequency band, XL Axiata has also conducted a series of 5G trials with the 3.5 GHz spectrum and showed satisfactory results. XL Axiata also uses the 2.1 GHz frequency band supported by dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS) technology. G20 delegates can enjoy XL Axiata's 5G services on both frequencies, customers, and the public in the coverage area during the G20 Summit, 11-17 November 2022. Currently, XL Axiata's Bali network covers more than 5,800 BTS, including more than 3,300 4G BTS.
