Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) and the Ministry of ICT conducted trials of Lampsite 3.5GHz and mmWave 26GHz and achieved data connection speeds (throughput) of up to 800 Mbps. The 5G network trial during the G20 Summit peak event was carried out all the way around I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport to the Nusa Dua area as well as the main venues for the G20 Summit summit events such as The Apurva Kempinski hotel, Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park, Bali Nusa Two Convention Centers (BNDCC), Media Center at the Bali International Convention Center (BICC), and Ngurah Rai Community Forest Park (Tahura).

IOH also built a Digital Command Center at the IOH Office, Bypass Ngurah Rai, Tuban, Bali, to make the peak of the G20 Summit event a success. The Digital Command Center is an integrated center for monitoring the condition of the IOH telecommunications network, which can quickly detect potential disturbances at sites to be solved immediately.
