Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) implemented green technology with the support of Huawei Indonesia to successfully reduce electricity consumption by up to 25% through the use of Huawei's 3.5 GHz All-in-One module, which allows location simplification with one active and passive antenna and combined with a dual-band 5516 radio module, more environmentally friendly than traditional single band radio modules.

The 3.5 GHz All-in-One module can provide capacities over 2 Gbps with the 64T64R MIMO. Overall this solution will not only help to reduce the area required to install equipment on sites, thereby simplifying implementation on telecommunication towers, reducing rental costs, and shortening time to market by 60%, but also increasing coverage by 30%. This solution has implemented during preparations for the G20 Summit in Bali in 2022.
